Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time is coming out soon for the Nintendo Switch and Xbox platform. Here’s a tiny little review to give you the down-low on a game that’s very special to me.

Crash 4 blew my expectations out of the water. The movement is perfect and the level design is sublime. Cutscenes are plentiful, and they’re actually pretty funny. It has more levels than any Crash game ever, so you won’t get bored.
But you might get frustrated. Levels are long and even reused, there’s maybe too many collectibles, and it’s straight up difficult.
You don’t have to do everything though. You can just playthrough the levels at your own pace and have a great time. I’d recommend this game to anyone, but I would urge you to not rush it. Because you could burn out pretty quickly.
